Are you almost always stressing over the small stuff? Like when you are diagnosed, for instance, with a spinal injury, you are afraid that every move you make might aggravate your situation.

Or when you have kids, you are growing even more paranoid that they might become evil by the minute that you lost sight of them. Or when you work too hard, you are afraid that when you work lesser than what you usually do, you might not meet your family’s expectations and those others would think that you are lazy.

Are you also the type to stress over the nearing old age? Like if you are nearing 40, you are afraid of having wrinkles, looking old and that you might be too old to enjoy life! Even worst, you sweat over small things like walking the dog or when it is raining. You are all worried that when you postpone the dog’s walk for later he’ll pee on the carpet or you are all paranoid when it is raining (especially if there is lightning) because of the natural disasters that might come with it.

If this scenarios and more may appear familiar to you then try to reflect the common ground of all those circumstances. We are stressing over too many aspects in our lives without even realizing that there is only one common root— FEAR.

Let’s face it. Some of the most stressful situations in our life emanates from the fear of losing a loved-one, fear of death, fear of losing ones job, fear of losing ones livelihood or fear of letting others down. All of this stressful events coincides with the stress that comes with having, not having, wanting or needing.

Fear is the foundation of stress. When you try to eliminate your fears you are guaranteed to lower your stress levels fast. But how do we go about eliminating our fears?

This mantra could help us. Identify it, face it and control it. Now that we have already identified the root cause of our stress which is fear, we all have to face it. There is no point in denying that it is in our weaknesses that we derive stress and that we have to regain strength and be brave enough to control it.

Controlling what you are really afraid of eliminates stress. This is why many people find extreme sports effective in relieving stress because it is through those activities that they were able to push themselves to the limit and prove to themselves that they are that brave and capable enough that if they could conquer that, they could easily conquer their everyday fears.

There are many ways which you can eliminate your stress naturally. By that I mean no pills, drugs and best of all, it won’t cost you a bomb, your health and it’s almost free (depends on what technique you use)

Stressor is the factor that causes stress and one of the most common stressor is the ability to manage your time properly.

Most people try to do a couple of things at the same time. They love (or perhaps force to) multitask. While it may seem to save you a lot of time, it actually cost you more time in the end.

Not only that. It also affects your ability to focus, negatively and gives you more stress in the end. Since trying to multitask is not a good way out, why not try other methods.

Here’s my suggestion.

Stress technique #1 - Prioritize your task

Make a priority list. Do what’s important for you first. Many people like to do the unimportant stuffs first. Perhaps because it is easier can able to reduce the “clutter” faster.

However, in the end, your important task still left undone and you stressed out.

Stress technique #2 - Distributing your task

Don’t do it all by yourself (if possible). Remember that you can always outsource it. If you have your own business, you can hire some employees to take some burden away from you. It’s a money well spend because you’ll save yourself a lot of stress trying to do everything alone.

Stress is the root of all disease and in the long run, you’ll save yourself a lot of medical fees.

At home, you can train your children to do some simple task such as trashing, sweeping, dish washing … etc.

That will not only reduce your task, stress and anxiety but also teaching them some essential living skills to be independent.

Stress Technique #3 - Recording your idea

Ideas always come when you are not prepared or ready for it. It may come to you when you are taking a shower, taking a walk, shopping or having a meal. It is good to record your idea when it comes to you so that you won’t have to stress out or feeling depressed when you are starving for ideas and you find yourself have a mental block.

In this article, I’m going to share with you one of the most powerful stress technique which you can do almost all the time is meditation.

This is a simple yet effective way to relieve your stress naturally. By simply sitting in a relaxing posture and clear all the thoughts off your mind; you can drain all your stress off your body.

Stress is unavoidable in today’s society. This is often harmful to your physical plus the mental well-being. Here are some of the anti stress technique which you can get away from your stress and avoid the possible nasty side effects.

Find out the root of stress. What cause it? Most of the time, it is something avoidable. Otherwise, you must learn to manage it. It is useless to worry over something that’s beyond your control.

Go for some exercise. Regular exercise promotes to less stress and more live. Exercise is a great way to relieve your tension. It helps in your metabolism and boosts your potential. This includes having enough sleep. 6-8 hours of sleep is good enough for an adult.
