Cope and Deal with Stress 1
Many people have the problem of stress. Some manage to deal with it fine. But some just can’t deal with it and make the situation worse. Some may ended up going to far off their own limit to bear the stress that they have suffer mental disease. However, not to worry because here are some simple way that may just work on how to cope and deal with your stress.
There’s often times when I realised that people around me feel more stressful than me. That includes my closest friends. They usually push themselves too much that they fell sick often. That’s a very wrong thing to do. Pushing yourselves to the point of hurting yourselves physically and mentally. I am also one of the stress victim before I actually learn to deal with it. It takes me quite a few years to actually understand.
First thing which is really important is we need to plan our daily schedule properly. With a proper planned schedule, you won’t feel too stressful of not completing your task. You don’t have to worry that you have to do a few things at once to finished the tasks in a rush. That can help reduce stressful feeling. And it’s a really good way to cope with the stressful days we had. If it happens that you don’t really want to plan your day, like I usually do because we never know what extra events may occur and messed up the original planning, just keep a small note book with you and jot down all the things you have to do for that day. It may not be as efficient as planning things properly but it’ll help you to keep track of all the works that you have done or not.
Secondly, you need to learn to take things slowly. When you start to do things quickly, you will start to feel the pressure within you. The moment you start working with a fast pace, your brain will send out a message of panic to your body system. That’s when you start to feel that you have difficulty of breathing, having headaches, the raise of your blood pressure etc. that forms a kind of stress. Therefore, it is important to keep working at a slow pace as you don’t just work for an hour or two, you work for longer hours like 8 to 10 hours per day. It’s important to keep yourselves at a rational state. Breath slowly and take a short break when needed when your started to feel the pressure. It work most of the times and usually work for all people.
