Deal with Traffic Stress
Chinese New Year is coming nearer as days passed. The traffics are getting worse as well. Everyone is rushing to malls and supermarkets to do last minute shopping.
So, most of the times, it’s just so frustrating sitting in the car for hours stuck in traffic just to reach a destination. Why stressed out? Cope and deal with your stress. Don’t let it overtake you. It’s not helping at all even you get aggitated or angry. Because you’ll still stuck in the car.
Listen to musics or sing along. That helps to relax. Or just observe your surrounding. Look at the cars in front of you or the scenary along the road. It helps to take things off your mind.
Besides that, you can talk with the people in your car. Chat or just share some juicy gossips of the day. It just simply help you the cool down your stress level. Time pass quickly too by doing do. Without realising it yourself, you may have past the traffic jam already and reach your destination.
Coping and dealing with your stress effectively helps you to enjoy your shopping later. It’s new year, so don’t let yourself be controlled by stress. You should be celebrating.

oh don’t get me started on stress ! Personally i love to get a Reflexology or chair massage treatment or something like Shiatsu or acupressure. I just love the touch of a therapist - it is very relaxing. Then i start talking
