<p>Many do not believe that what you think actually effects the result of your daily life. Here I would like to tell you that it is true.</p>
<p>Many times, when you think that you will fail, and that&#8217;s when you meet <strong>failure</strong>. And that&#8217;s when you starts to blame everything that might cause the failure. Eventually you get stressed out because you never gain success.</p>
<p>When it comes down to this, try to think differently instead. How about thinking that, I will success the next time I try. I just didn&#8217;t try hard enough this time that&#8217;s why the result is not that good. By thinking positively, you got the drive to move on and try harder to achieve your goal.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s when you will enjoy what you are doing instead of <strong>stressing</strong> over it. Matters could be really bad or good just simply of how you think of it.</p>
<p>So, coping with <strong>stress</strong> really isn&#8217;t that hard. Positive thinking is what we need to <strong>cope with daily stress</strong>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After going though leisure life most of the time, having friends around me is just something very common for outings and shoppings. But since starting my life in the university, things changes and this changes my concept on friends.</p>
<p>Having a hectic life, with assignments and projects pilling up mountain high just couldn&#8217;t prevent ourselves from getting into the tension mode. And what&#8217;s more? Examinations and quizess are lining up too. With the never ending work to do you have to get reading done so that you won&#8217;t get a heart attack on surprise quizess.</p>
<p>This just explains the <strong>mounting stress</strong> that&#8217;s building up in ourselves. This is something I see with my own eyes yesterday. We were having practical class for programming course. The whole group of us were sitting in front of the computer and started typing out programs syntax to make sure we could pass up our assignments. At this moment, my girl friend that is sitting beside me, starts to act weird. She was getting quieter than usual and she was pulling at her hair silently. She refuses to talk to anyone in the class and even after class. When we were in the bus on our way home, she was crying silently beside me although she tried to hide it.</p>
<p>What I was trying to say is, don&#8217;t build and keep the <strong>stress</strong> all to yourself like what my dear friend did. That&#8217;s really unhealthy. You might burst if you keep it to yourself. The whole group of us are stressful like my girl friend. But we did not break down like she did. That&#8217;s because we talk and joke away our problem all the time. The moment we leave our class, we start shouting out our problems at each other and when we finally reach our rooms, we just feels more relax and might work more efficiently compare to a few minutes ago.</p>
<p>Friends is really important in times like this. Times when you need someone to share what is hard for us to handle alone. So, talk more often although your friends may find you annoying. Who cares? There might me times when your friends might realise they too have to be annoying sometimes to relief their stress.</p>

With the fast pace life style that build up stress, it&#8217;s usual for couples to fight or quarrel even just of some minor problems. However, if the problems are not solve and let to build, it will explode at some point and cause both to get hurt.</p>
<p>So, it&#8217;s important to learn how to <strong>cope and deal with the stress</strong> you encountered. First off, don&#8217;t always say you are right. Try to calm yourself and think rationally. Think for your partner as well. Sometimes, your partner may be right as well.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t just walk away after the fight. Sit down instead. Talk more calmly to your partner this time. Apologise if you feel you must. Then, talk about the reasons the fight started. By doing so, you could slowly cope with the situation and reduce the <strong>stress level</strong>.</p>
<p>Tell your partner all the problems occur between you and your partner when you feel it&#8217;s unbearable. Let your partner knows that you feel stress being with him or her. Solve the problem. <p>So, most of the times, it&#8217;s just so frustrating sitting in the car for hours stuck in traffic just to reach a destination. Why stressed out? <strong>Cope and deal with your stress</strong>. Don&#8217;t let it overtake you. It&#8217;s not helping at all even you get aggitated or angry. Because you&#8217;ll still stuck in the car.</p>
<p>Listen to musics or sing along. That helps to relax. Or just observe your surrounding. Look at the cars in front of you or the scenary along the road. It helps to take things off your mind.</p>
<p>Besides that, you can talk with the people in your car. Chat or just share some juicy gossips of the day. It just simply help you the cool down your <strong>stress level</strong>. Time pass quickly too by doing do. Without realising it yourself, you may have past the traffic jam already and reach your destination.</p>
