Music, best remedy for Stress
The best way to destress ourselves from daily stress is listening to music. Believe it our not, music has a calming effect for everyone. No matter what kind of music you are listening, it just helps you to relax in any situation.
Simply just put on your favourite music when you feel really stressed out. Don’t think of anything but hum along with the songs or music you are listening. Realised what is happening to you? You simply start to feel more relax and the problems before that seems so big doesn’t seems that bad anymore.
Cope and deal with stress using music is a really simply way. Plus you can use this remedy anywhere you go. If you are on a run, just plug on your mp3, or switch on your radio in the car.

Yes..music helps to destress..I really agree to that..I myself also listen to music when I’m stressed..it’s one of the good remedies..anyway, keep up the good work Gillian! You are doing good! =)
