Simple Ways to Cope with Stress

When we say stress, it is a scary feeling for a lot of people. Some manage to cope with the graveness of stress but some don’t, which later brings them into long term stress. So, different ways of relieving stress have been tried out and here are a few methods I would like to share.

1)Use stress ball. Stress ball is an object small enough to be hold in one hand. It is easy to bring around even to your office. Squeeze it or rub it between your fingers. Using them regularly will reduce stress significantly.

2)Try aromatherapy. It can help your relax and sooths your nerves.

3)Try music therapy. Listen to some soft soothing musics can helps relieve tension and stress. Listening to your favourite music also helps you to relax.
