There are many ways which you can eliminate your stress naturally. By that I mean no pills, drugs and best of all, it won’t cost you a bomb, your health and it’s almost free (depends on what technique you use)
Stressor is the factor that causes stress and one of the most common stressor is the ability to manage your time properly.
Most people try to do a couple of things at the same time. They love (or perhaps force to) multitask. While it may seem to save you a lot of time, it actually cost you more time in the end.

Make a priority list. Do what’s important for you first. Many people like to do the unimportant stuffs first. Perhaps because it is easier can able to reduce the “clutter” faster.
However, in the end, your important task still left undone and you stressed out.
Stress technique #2 - Distributing your task
Don’t do it all by yourself (if possible). Remember that you can always outsource it. If you have your own business, you can hire some employees to take some burden away from you. It’s a money well spend because you’ll save yourself a lot of stress trying to do everything alone.
Stress is the root of all disease and in the long run, you’ll save yourself a lot of medical fees.
At home, you can train your children to do some simple task such as trashing, sweeping, dish washing … etc.
That will not only reduce your task, stress and anxiety but also teaching them some essential living skills to be independent.
Stress Technique #3 - Recording your idea
Ideas always come when you are not prepared or ready for it. It may come to you when you are taking a shower, taking a walk, shopping or having a meal. It is good to record your idea when it comes to you so that you won’t have to stress out or feeling depressed when you are starving for ideas and you find yourself have a mental block.
