Imagine that you are in your cubicle. The phone on your desk is ringing all day long and your boss has just barked for 2 hours in the meeting about your work, task and your deadline, which is TOMORROW! Gosh! The files on your desk are piling up faster than the plates in the kitchen during the dinner. Worse still, your computer crash and all the data that you saved in your hard drive gone completely.

Stress seems to be unavoidable in our modern hectic lives. No one can avoid stress and it’s important for us to understand that stress is always a part of our lives. The good news is, we are not defenseless against it. Even though we can’t avoid stress, but we can learn how to manage it.

Bad stress on the other hand, in the stress that kills your motivation and put you into fear and doubt. This stress is bad because it cripples you and does not benefit you at all.

If you are experiencing headaches, stomachaches or heartaches due to your stress, then this is the situation that you cannot ignore because is these symptoms can effect your body negatively and it’s best to take some preventive steps before it’s too late. Failing to take the necessary action will finally leads you into financial and health difficulties.

When you exercise, such as swimming, cycling, jogging, and practicing yoga, the endorphins in your body will be activated. Its function is to release a kind of chemical into your blood which can make you feel good and happy.

Besides, it also helps you to handle your stressors, which is the cause of your stress and keeps your mind clear and creative.
