In this article, I’m going to share with you one of the most powerful stress technique which you can do almost all the time is meditation.

This is a simple yet effective way to relieve your stress naturally. By simply sitting in a relaxing posture and clear all the thoughts off your mind; you can drain all your stress off your body.

If you want to go to the next step, then you can try this breathing exercise at the same time.

Here are the steps:

  • Breathing in for 7 seconds
  • Hold your breathe for another 7 seconds
  • And finally, breathe out in 7 seconds

I find this method very effective and it’s my most favorite method because I can do it literally everywhere. I usually do this breathing exercise when I am working, walking in the park, taking some fresh air, driving, you name it.

So, when you combined this breathing exercise with meditation, you are actually driving your stress out of your body, super fast.
