I’ve been reading about how it is necessary to make lifestyle changes if we want to manage the stress in our lives. We also need to be prepared to accept change as part of this lifestyle change.
Actually if we change our attitude to welcome change in our lives then resentment and stress may become a thing of the past. But, how do we go about accepting change when all our lives we have been working to build security and consistency. This is important to success - we do need to change our perspective and become comfortable doing that.
If we accept the fact that everything in the world is changing then we are really foolish to expect nothing in our lives to change. Nothing is permanent so why would we expect nothing to change in our lives and resisting change is futile. If we begin to accept change then that will be a weight lifted off our sholders.
Things are always changing and the more we accept change, the better our life will be. We don’t have to like the changes, just accept that they will happen and go with the flow. We will all relate better. Less stress at work, at home, and more happiness overall. Life becomes more pleasant.
Go for it, it isn’t terrible that change happens. Change is what has made our country great and is what allows us to have the lifestyle we have. Change is going to happen anyway and there is no use fighting it. We will just cause stress fighting what is going to happen anyway.
Oh, yes, choose your battles - don’t fight the battles you know you can’t win - all you will do is waste your energy and have nothing left for when a real battle comes up. Move your life in a positive direction by accepting change when you can’t stop it. But do make changes where it is possible and will count.
How we choose to deal with life determines whether we will have stress or not and this makes all the difference in the world. Change is inevitable and “resistance is futile” as the Borg says.

Great Tips! For years I stressed until I learned to control my destiny and not worry about what was out of my control. I found natural supplements to also help my body deal with environmental stress.
